The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the executive is able to make all meeting and events. In this position, the main duties will be as follow: 

• Organizing necessary meetings
• Planning large-scale events, 250-300 attendants 
• Developing a streamlined process for 
• Managing the executive's phone calls and virtual events 

The executive secretary preferably should have a 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role and a degree in Business Administration, however all experience and background will be considered.
